Why were we established?

• To perform a variety of theatrical productions for the enjoyment of the club members and Sun City Palm Desert Residents.
• To provide an opportunity for the development and advancement of the theatre arts in Sun City by, but not limited to:
  • Presenting lectures and workshops for our members and residents in all aspects of theatre arts.
  • Providing background and training for our non-performing members in the areas of stage and prop management, set design, costuming, makeup, etc.
  • Offering many avenues for our members to practice and perform their learned theatre arts skills including
    • Production of a minimum of three (3) productions a year on the main stage in the Sierra Ballroom
    • Performance of staged readings before audiences in the Speaker’s Hall
